Gymno-Vita Park has been around for 47 years. Following the passing of the original owner four years ago, a dedicated group of members stepped up to form an LLC, working tirelessly to preserve and update the grounds.
- Active Maintenance: Members regularly volunteer their time to restore facilities, care for the grounds, and transition the park into a comfortable space for modern visitors.
- The Stocked Pond: Recent maintenance has brought the park’s fishing pond back to life. It is currently overstocked, so fishing is permitted with a strict catch-and-keep policy to help balance the ecosystem.
- Intimate Community: With around 30 core members, typical weekend attendance ranges from 16 to 30 people. Their biggest annual event, Margaritaville, draws around 40 visitors.
